99fd Terms & Conditions

This document defines the legal relationship between 99fd and the users of this platform. "Platform" refers to the 99fd website, mobile version, and all related services. "User" or "Member" refers to anyone who has registered and agreed to these terms.

These terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.

1.1 Policy on Changes to Terms

99fd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Accessing the platform or using any service after new terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

To open an account on the 99fd platform and use any service, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
• You must be a resident of a country or region where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
• You must play using funds from your own financial sources; the use of third-party funds is not permitted.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and fair play, 99fd reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested if needed. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

Keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 99fd support immediately.

99fd facilitates financial transactions through Bangladesh's established mobile banking and banking channels. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposit Limits & Methods

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). No other methods are currently accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected in the following cases:

• If identity verification has not been completed.
• If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
• If there is an active investigation on the account.
• If the withdrawal request does not match the registered payment method.

Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an alternative method approved by 99fd.

99fd offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each of these offers has its own specific terms. The general bonus policy is described below:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳10,000 gives a maximum ৳5,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Each bonus offer may have a specific time limit — if the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus generally cannot be claimed at the same time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 99fd reserves the right to close the account and cancel the bonus.
• 99fd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.

The 99fd platform hosts cricket, football, and other sports betting as well as various casino games. The following rules apply to all users:

5.1 Bet Acceptance

99fd reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds. All bets remain "pending" until the result is confirmed. If an event is cancelled or suspended, the stake for that event's bets will be refunded.

5.2 Prohibited Misconduct

Any form of fraud, match-fixing, use of algorithms or bots, bonus abuse through multiple accounts, and money laundering are strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be involved in such activities will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

5.3 Technical Issues

99fd is not liable for any loss caused by server outages, internet disconnections, or other technical problems. However, if a user suffers a loss due to a system error, 99fd will endeavor to provide an appropriate resolution after a proper investigation.

99fd's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation on the platform. The VIP tier cashback and other benefits have their own terms and conditions, which 99fd may change at any time.

99fd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If evidence of fraud or misconduct is found.
• If registration was completed with incorrect or false information.
• If an underage user is identified.
• If the user fails to cooperate with identity verification.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

Users may also request account closure by contacting support. The opportunity to withdraw all eligible balance will be provided before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to fraud.

99fd is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. However, 99fd is not legally liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or incorrect information.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.

In any circumstance, 99fd's liability will be limited to the amount of the user's most recent deposit.

All content on the 99fd platform — logos, graphics, text, software, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 99fd or is used under an appropriate license. Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

Content from game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI) is protected under their own intellectual property rights.
